As our products are custom-made to order, exchanges or returns are only accepted in the following cases:

•A mismatch between the delivered item and the confirmed specifications

We offer one time free basic alterations (only in Riyadh) cutomers are responsible for delivery costs within Riyadh or shipping fees outside the city.
